Returns & Refunds

All of our natural soy wax candles are individually handcrafted and will vary slightly in appearance and colour. Please note that "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. Frosting is a natural effect of using soy wax and will not impact the general use of your candle.

We have a 7-day return policy. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please use the contact us tab via our website. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.

Exchanges

On occasion, stock may arrive damaged in transit due to the delicate nature of our candles. If you require a replacement candle, please use the contact us tab via our website within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement.

Any damaged stock reports given after the 3 days will be rejected.

Exchanges are only accepted for items damaged in transit.

Processing Times

If your refund/return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this refund once we’ve approved.
